1.First of all you have to download a software named Folder Colorizer from here Download Folder-Colorizer .
2.Then install the software.
3.Now right click on any folder that you want to colorize and you will see option in the context menu i.e colorize.
4.Click on colorize than submenu appears than choose any color that you want to set in folder.like below:
